NATURAL RESERVE ZINGARO REGULA TIONS
Article 2 |
| In the area of the reserve it is prohibited: |
|
a) the building of new constructions or the
carrying out of any building transformation of the territory
therein including the opening of new roads, tracks, as well
as enlarging, lengthening and rectification of those in existence;
|
|
b) the withdrawing of sand, earth or other
materials;
|
|
c) the pursuit of hunting, fowling and fishing.
Whenever the phenomenon of an excessive presence of certain
species of animals dangerous to cutivation, arises, the Administrative
authority will make plans for their removal. The plans will
be carried out by the same authority after authorisation by
the "Assessorato Regionale Territorio ed Ambiente"
after consultation with the regional council for the protection
of the National Patrimony;

|
d) the wounding, disturbing or capturing of
vertebrate/non vertebrate animals, the collecting and destroying
of nests and eggs;
|
|
e) the taking away or damaging of plants or
parts of plants;
|
|
; f) the introduction of species, animal or
vegetable foreign to the flora end fauna of the zone. The
eventual reintroduction of disappearing species must be authorised
by the "Assessorato Regionale del Territorio e dell'
Ambiente", and after consultation with the Regional Council
for the protection of the National Patrimony;
|
|
g) the introduction of any kind of vehicle;
|
|
h) the leaving of refuse other than in the
containers indicated; i) the lighting of open fires;
|
|
i) camping;
|
| m) the introduction hunting arms, explosives
and any other means for destroying or hunting; |
| n) the introduction of dogs even leashed
or of other domestic animals; |
| o) the collecting or tampering with rocks,
fossils and minerals; |
| p) departing from the predisposed routes;
q) the fencing of property unless with green hedges and/or natural
materials, with the exclusion of reinforced cement, stakes or
barbed wire; |
| r) publicity by means of manifests and
posters not authorised by the administrative authority; |
| s) carrying arms of any type outside the
home unless for personal defense and with the prescribed authorisation
of the police. Apart from the above mentioned, if it is necessary
to cross the reserve with any kind of arm, it must be unloaded
during transport and kept in its correct case; |
| t) modification of the water
systems; |
| u) carring out of extractive activity;
|
| v) approaching the reserve
by motor boat; |
| z) the burning of stubble at a distance
less than 200 mts. from the reserve's borders. "Omissis"
